Privacy Policy

Barivae (“Barivae,” “we,” “us”) is a service operated by BillRx Now, an Orosa Capital brand. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short and plain — the same way we write our reports.

What we collect

• Domain you check. When you run a deliverability check, we look up public DNS and reputation records for the domain you enter (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, blacklist status). These are public records.
• Your email address. When you purchase a fix report or monitoring, you provide an email so we can deliver your report and account/billing notices.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe handles it. Charges appear as BILLRXNOW on your statement.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand traffic and improve the site (pages visited, general location, device type). This is aggregate and not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

• To run your deliverability check and generate your fix report.
• To deliver reports and, for monitoring subscribers, to alert you when something breaks.
• To process payments and provide receipts and support.
• To improve our product and prevent abuse.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not send your email to your contacts, read your mailbox, or access your account at any provider. We only check the public records of the domain you give us.

Who we share with

Only the processors needed to run the service: Stripe (payments) and Google Analytics (aggregate site analytics). We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We retain your email and order records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (subject to records we must keep for tax/fraud purposes).

Your choices

• Cancel monitoring anytime via the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing us.
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@billrxnow.com.
