These terms govern your use of Barivae (“Barivae,” “we,” “us”), a service operated by BillRx Now, an Orosa Capital brand. By using the site or buying a report or subscription, you agree to these terms.

What Barivae does

Barivae checks the public deliverability signals of a sending domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, blacklist and spam reputation) and explains, in plain English, what may be causing your email to land in spam and how to fix it. We provide diagnosis and guidance; we do not gain access to your email account, your mailbox, or your DNS provider.

Our products

Payments & billing descriptor

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Charges appear on your statement as BILLRXNOW. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Refunds

Fix Report ($5 one-time): if we can't help — the report is wrong, undeliverable, or doesn't apply to your domain — email us within 7 days for a full refund.

Monitoring ($9/mo): cancel anytime via the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing support@billrxnow.com. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; the current month is non-refundable once it has begun.

Acceptable use

Only check domains you own or are authorized to manage. Don't use Barivae to attack, probe, or harvest data about domains you don't control, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

No guarantee of inbox placement

We give you accurate diagnosis and the correct fixes, but final inbox placement depends on mailbox providers, your sending history, content, and factors outside our control. We don't guarantee that any specific email will reach the inbox.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillRx Now is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
